Based on our conversation, we’ll provide a rough estimate and if it’s a good fit, we’ll guide you through the next steps — entering our signature pre-construction phase. Officially book with a simple retainer for design that applies as a credit to your full renovation.

Pre-Construction Phase

To avoid unexpected costs and drawn-out construction projects, we dedicate the first phase of the project to narrowing down important details like the layout, design materials, milestones and exact costs — all tailored to your lifestyle and investment goals.

Construction + Installation

At this point, the plans will be approved and ready to implement with the beginning of the construction stage. We’ll manage the entire project (ordering materials, scheduling tradesmen, requesting permits, and updating you as we go).

We’ll never ask you to enter a construction contract based on an “estimate,” because they don’t work in your favor. Instead, we’ll share a ballpark quote and then book a paid design process to uncover exact costs based on your needs. This will save you weeks of build time (and potentially thousands of dollars) down the line.

This is when the creativity, ideas — and the research to specify hard costs — come into play. This involves tailoring the design aesthetic, finding materials, creating renderings, walking through mockups, and building out the construction specifics based on what you want and need — and how it will look in the end. This phase is the number one reason our projects stay on schedule and on time.

With the entire design, planning, and selection process frontloaded, we’ll finalize the construction contract with the specifics we carefully researched and confirmed. Along the way, communication and flexibility will be core pieces of the process — finding creative and reliable solutions that will keep your project running smoothly. Our goal is to minimize interruptions and delays, working behind the scenes so you can just look forward to a job well done. With reasonable timelines and less rush, we ensure the quality that can be long enjoyed.
